1. IA image generation rules

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

• minors: Prohibition to generate or send images representing minors.
• non-consensual content: Prohibition of images involving a lack of consent.
• Violence and mutilation: Prohibition of injuries or mutilation images.
• Drugs and illegal activities: Prohibition of references to illegal substances and criminal activities.
• Repugnant content: Prohibition of shocking content (faeces, vomiting, etc.).

2. User obligations

If a generated image contains a prohibited element, you should immediately report it.

• Liability: You are responsible for your use of services.
• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use ProPhoto.

3. Confidentiality and personal data

• We collect data such as your email, IP, and activities on the platform.
• Your images are not stored and are deleted after treatment.
• You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us.

The images generated are for personal use. For commercial use, contact us.

5. Refund and cancellation

The credits purchased are not refundable. Subscriptions can be reimbursed within 7 days.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid services are subject to our billing conditions.

7. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of non-compliance with the conditions.

8. Jurisdiction

11. Data management after termination

When deleting your account, all your data and content will be definitely deleted from our systems.
